Viktoriia Aleksiienko

I was born in 1983 in Ukraine. I hold three university degrees: law, economics and psychology. For many years I worked as a legal adviser to Ukrainian industrial and construction companies. I founded several businesses of my own — among them a publishing house in Kyiv and a hotel in Georgia.

In 2012, after a serious personal crisis, I decided to change my life completely. I first came to psychology as a client, then trained in the profession — and I have not stopped since.

I studied a great many methods looking for the most effective one, until I understood that things work quickly and well only in combination. A single method is a narrow corridor you can walk up and down. That was never enough for me. I have always needed scale, a wide view and the full picture, so that a real strategy can be built.

Since 2022 I have lived in Los Angeles. I devote my time to research and practice, to creating games, card decks, courses and books, and to adapting my methods for an American audience. I develop and run new programmes and work with clients worldwide on personal crises, meaning, and bringing order to the mind, the heart and the business.

Over fifteen years of practice I have created 8 transformational games and 80 decks of metaphorical association cards. Thousands of people around the world find simple answers to difficult situations and go through personal change quickly and gently — with my products and with the specialists who use them. Since 2022 all of them are also available in three languages and online, on my interactive platform “Keys to yourself”.

These games are a gentle route to change. Over fifteen years they have been tested with thousands of clients and have become working tools for facilitators in 18 countries.

In 2024 I built Keys to yourself — an online platform where any facilitator can run my games and work with the card decks from anywhere in the world. It brings together helping professionals trained at my international academy Expert.PRO, so that psychologists, coaches and facilitators can sharpen their practice.
